Meanwhile fear is paralyzing human ability, I'm grateful I find courage from it💪.Sometimes we get hit by Analysis Paralysis, basically what this means is in numerous occasions we remain in one position for long time over thinking things that only need a second to make a decision on and end up not taking action( should I learn a new skill, should I read a book, should I ask her out now). I mean like there's so much stuff. Best hikers don't look a the peak of the mountain, they look in front of their feet. Focus on your NOW, focus on your steps, focus on your goals. Go out there and take that first step of that business, test, work-out 🏋🏃any new adventure. Remember you don't have to be great to start but you need to start to be great. I'm out@esiwolff
