They met without thunder,
no music cue, no warning light
just a quiet moment
that decided to stay.

Two lives brushed past each other
like sleeves in a narrow hallway,
and somehow the air remembered them.
Conversation arrived softly,
but meaning followed close behind.

They did not fall.
They leaned
curious, cautious,
as if love were a door left ajar
and neither wanted to be the first
to push too hard.

A rainy Sunday morning...

The kind where time slows, and every sound carries a little bit of peace. The world feels hushed, like it’s holding its breath, listening to the rhythm of raindrops and the whisper of wind through green.
The air smelled of new beginnings, and the grass seemed to hum in shades of spring. Every droplet shimmered with quiet life, every moment felt unhurried, honest, and real.
It was bliss. Calm, earthy, and alive.
A reminder that beauty doesn’t wait for sunshine…sometimes it blooms in the rain.

I raise 3 four-legged furballs who believe they’re royalty. 👑
Being a dog mom means muddy paw prints on clean floors, fur on every outfit, and a heart stretched wider than I ever thought possible.

We howl at the moon together (okay, that one time), go on golden-hour adventures, and yes, they absolutely know how to pose for the camera better than most humans.

I don’t know what I did to deserve their pure, unconditional love, but I’d write them a sonnet if I could.
