Tactical Response Officers – Drivers Required

Minimum Requirements:
• Valid PSIRA certification (Grade B or higher)
• Firearm competency (business purpose)
• Clear criminal record
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in tactical response or armed reaction
• Valid driver’s license
• Own reliable transport (non-negotiable)
Key Responsibilities:
• Rapid response to security incidents
• Patrolling and securing designated areas
• Liaising with control room and law enforcement
• Ensuring client safety and asset protection

• Manage and process personal lines insurance claims from initiation through to completion
• Liaise with policyholders, assessors, and service providers to collect all relevant documentation
• Ensure all claims are handled in line with company standards and regulatory requirements

• Keep systems updated with accurate and timely claim records

Maintenance/Facilities Supervisor
Salary: R25,000 – R30,000 (Basic)
Location: Head Office (On-site role) Midrand
We're looking for a hands-on Maintenance/Facilities Supervisor to lead a small team and manage all aspects of office maintenance. This includes electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and general handyman tasks, as well as overseeing cleaning staff and coordinating contractors.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage renovations, upgrades, and day-to-day maintenance
• Supervise maintenance and cleaning teams
• Identify and resolve building snags
• Develop supplier/vendor lists
• Ensure compliance with Health & Safety policies
• Handle emergency issues and routine inspections
• Maintain reports and procurement processes
Requirements:
• Proven handyman/facilities management experience
• Strong knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC
• Leadership skills with a proactive, hands-on attitude
• Health & Safety knowledge (certification a plus)
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• MS Office proficiency
