Some food I made on our recent 12 day charter on SY Manava. We had an amazing trip with lots of island exploring and experiences😁 from Sint Maarten, Saba, St Kitts, Antigua, Barbuda and St Barths. Cant wait for the next one!!

Some crustacean salads for the owners on low carb diets: healthy, light and tasty😬
1. Lump crab and shrimp salad with a citrus champagne vinaigrette
2. Lump crab salad with horseradish dijon mayo on butter lettuce with homemade pickled red onion
3. Butter poached lobster salad with a tri citrus vinaigrette

Pork tenderloin stuffed with flambe port, bacon, apple and fig on a bed of parmesan mash, with garlic green beans and mushroom and a caramalised apple cider reduction.

Asian fusion style chicken thigh stuffed with hoison, scallion cream cheese wrapped in bacon with a soya glaze on sweet potato fondant and chinese cabbage and mangetout.
