Phoenix Foundation is inviting qualified and reputable printing companies to submit quotations for the printing of 300 posters in accordance with the specifications below:

Printing Specifications

Size & Format

- A3 (297 × 420 mm)
- Print at 100% scale
- Maintain original orientation

File Requirements

- Use supplied high-resolution PDF only
- No alterations permitted

Colour & Quality

- Full colour (CMYK)
- Minimum 300 DPI

Paper Specifications

- Matte or silk finish
- 170–200 gsm

Finishing

- Clean trim to A3 size

Quality Requirements

- No distortion
- Text must be clearly readable
- Colours must be acceptable and consistent
- Paper must meet the stated specifications
