My client’s children give up karate the second week after their first few sessions. Lack of proper knowledge of how the body manages that first week stress causes even the parents to proceed with the decision. Almost every session in my premium coaching sessions I explain this to my students who are working towards sharpening their karate techniques. This should be a lesson to remind parents that karate at my academy stretches beyond kicks and punches
