1, Hand written letter of consent from the chief

2, Recommendation letter from the council in which the chiefdom is domiciled

3, Completed application form (annexure a or c) it should be signed and stamped by the council

4, Plans works & development minutes

5, Ordinary council minutes

6, Copy of the NRC resident permit.

7, Seven site plans stamped and approved by planning authority and traditional leaders

8, Application form for conversion of customary land to leasehold tenure

9, Approval form by the chief for conversion from customary to state

10, Approval of the local authorities for conversion of customary into state

11, Payment of numbering at ministry of lands

12 Submit everything at ministry of lands and natural resources
