Unfortunate for companies, buyer's remorse frequently triggers a ripple effect, causing the disappointed customer to share their negative experience with friends. And in today's time, this often includes a comment and hashtag of your company on their personal social media accounts. With the global reach of social media, your product can easily die before it is even born.
