HAPPY BIRTHDAY 2 ME🙏🙆
Even if August was filled with losses, mistakes, or pain, September offers you a clean page. No matter how far you’ve fallen, you can rise again. Just like the sun, you are given another chance to shine. 🌅
This September, Choose recovery. Choose rebuilding. Choose you. đź’™

The things that will keep you beautiful, are not the products that you use on your skin but the daily decisions you choose make. The commitment to show up with passion and boldness, the decision to let go of the things that are not good for you, the choice to forgive and release those who have hurt you and the desire to always show up and trust your maker. 🥰❤️

We can ignore reality, but we cannot ignore the consequences of ignoring reality.
You can pretend that your health will take care of itself while you keep neglecting it… until the consequences catch up.
You can avoid hard conversations in your relationships… until silence creates a bigger distance than words ever could.
You can procrastinate on your goals, telling yourself “there’s still time”… until the years pass and regret becomes heavier than effort.
Reality is not kind to denial. It doesn’t adjust itself to fit our comfort zones. It simply waits, patiently, and eventually collects the price of avoidance.
The sooner we face the reality, the sooner we can change it. The longer we run, the more it costs.
We can ignore reality, but we cannot ignore the consequences of ignoring reality.

If you ever get on stage and feel that uncomfortable twist in your stomach: whether it’s because it’s your first time or you’ve just always had stage fright, please know that you’re not alone.
When you step on stage, people’s eyes will naturally follow you. They’re watching, waiting, and expecting.
And for many speakers, that moment when all eyes are on you feels like a silent test. You can feel like pressure building in your chest.
But I’ve learned two things that always help.
Number one: When I get on that stage, I don’t speak immediately. I pause. Yes. I take five full seconds before I say anything.
Why? Because most people, especially when they’re nervous, rush to say something; anything to escape the silence. But that silence is powerful. That silence is yours to own.
So I take those five seconds to feel the room. I look at the people. I acknowledge their presence. I take in the energy: whether it’s buzzing or flat or awkward or tired.
Even if it’s a graveyard of a crowd, maybe the last session of a long day, I pause. Then I acknowledge it.
I’ll say something like, Whew, we’ve had a long day, haven’t we? Or Are we all tired already?
And just like that, the room shifts. Some people nod. Some smile. Some chuckle. Some mumble “yes.” But what matters is: I’ve connected.
I’ve reminded them, “Hey, I see you.” And for many audiences, that’s all they need to lean in.
Then I say, “Don’t worry, I’ll be out of your hair soon. But first, let me tell you a story.”
That’s the second thing: whether it’s a personal story, a funny one, or something I observed on my way to the event, a story breaks tension. It breathes air into a stiff room. It draws people in without shouting at them.
Some rooms will feel off. You may be the first speaker, and the crowd is just cold. No one’s smiling. People look like they were dragged there.
Don’t take it personally.
It’s not that they hate you. It’s not that they’re judging you (even if it feels that way)
