*STORY OF MORAL DECAY*😥

This gentleman has been trending in the media, the person behind that camera suggests that this guy is drunk, in the video he is seen struggling to get on his feet and appears confused, one voice in the background is heard trying to decend the guy suggesting that he is sick while the camera person insists that this is just purely the work of alcohol.
This leaves much to be desired, i wonder who would help the other at lowest moments, surely this person looks so clean and composed to be mistaken for someone who is coming from a drinking spree, look at the intact dashboard, i wouldn't think of someone coming from a drinking spree i feel the best was to get closer to this person and try to see how he found himself in that state before judging him.
