At Mission Geeks we love all the big projects we get to do but we have also seen first-hand how some of our technical support doesn’t take much time, but has a high impact!
Today, we visited the staff at Nkolonga Health Post, who had recently been experiencing issues with the inverter system Mission Geeks put in 2 and a half years ago. This meant that crucial work at the clinic, such as caring for women during childbirth, was affected by the lack of adequate lighting.
Within an hour, Jon and Garry had the system back up and running so that deliveries can be conducted under light again!
The solar panels were well overdue a clean too which the team did and they also managed to squeeze in fixing a door handle that kept causing staff to get stuck inside the Maternity Ward!
All in a morning’s work!
