I think I now understand ministry more than I used to do!
Am now able to tell the one who is ahead and the one who is behind!! The crowd of people doesn’t mean you are ahead but the excellence that people sees in your ministry that what explains a lot about how ahead you are in ministry.
Servants think of ministry as an opportunity, not an obligation. They enjoy helping people, meeting needs, and doing ministry.
Ministry is pretty simple. Love people and help them. We must constantly raise the standard of true ministry so that people can immediately identify the holy from the profane.
To make it simple have more leadership trainings!
And look for pastors or people who are qualified to help you with the trainings.

1 Timothy 3:5
5 For if a man cannot manage his own household, how can he take care of God's church? 5 For if someone is unable to handle his own affairs, how can he take care of God's church? 5 (but if a man knoweth not how to rule his own house, how shall he take care of the church of God?)
