My name is Welly, and I'm excited to introduce you to Weja Logistics. Our mission is to help you achieve your dream of owning your desired vehicle, imported from Japan to Zimbabwe.

*How it Works*

1. Visit Beforward website ((www.beforward.jp)) and choose your preferred port.
2. Share the reference number of the car with me to receive a discounted price.
3. Pay 50% deposit to commence the shipping process.
4. Clear the balance 17 days before the car arrives at your chosen port.

*Important Notes*

- Japan stock takes approximately 6-8 weeks to arrive at the port.
- For civil servants and disability rebate applicants, the duty-free process begins after a 50% deposit.

*Duty-Free Rebates for Civil Servants Application Process*

1. Pay for the vehicle to receive an invoice/Proforma invoice and Bill of Lading.
2. Submit an application letter to the relevant Ministry, including:
- Driver's Licence
- Invoice(s) of purchased vehicle(s)
- Payslip
- Proof of residence
3. The Ministry will vet the applicant and issue a recommendation letter to the Public Service Commission.
4. The Public Service Commission reviews and issues a recommendation to the Ministry of Finance and Economic Development.
5. The Ministry of Finance and Economic Development authorizes the applicant to import under rebate and notifies ZIMRA.
6. Submit a rebate application to ZIMRA.
7. ZIMRA issues a rebate letter.

*Payment Breakdown*

- *Initial Payment (CIF)*: Price of the vehicle in Japan, including shipping to port (Day 1).
- *Logistics Expenses*: $1400 (small cars), $1600 (commercial vehicles) for:
- Port charges
- Clearing agents
- Fuel
- Insurance
- Travel expenses
- Acquittals
- Tracker gadgets
- Toll fees (6-8 weeks)
