We noted a lot of criticism on the way our couple dresses. It took us time to address this issue, hoping that our fans would understand our brand.

We have noted that a certain service provider for our wedding that was on the 29th of December 2024 have been circulating disappointment on social media about the advertisements that they received from our brand in exchange for services.

All partners that were engaged to render services on the wedding have signed contracts that have terms and conditions for guidelines.

All contracts indicated that adverts were supposed to end on the wedding day.

On the wedding day, we called all service providers to market themselves and sell their services.

We allowed services providers to use all content captured during the wedding as they wish. Some service providers were streaming the wedding live on their social platforms, which we believed it was premium time to showcase their companies.

By the grace of God, the wedding trended on various networks and platforms, which made us happy and believed that the services providers received maximum advertising.

After the wedding, a few service providers started calling, demanding that you should officially thank us on the page. We listed down services providers and give thanks.

3 days after the wedding, a few service providers continued to demand advertising, and we said that according to our contract, the advertising has lapsed.

They started threatening to take the issue to social media. In the Spirit of respect, we shall not mention names, but it's just a few of these services providers that are keep demanding continuity of advertising outside the contract agreement terms.

I think their behaviour is displayed, and the public shall know the truth.

We are being bullied and victims of cyberbullying.

We are very happy that the House of Lau partnered with us to dress the couple second outfit and the dresses for the bridal maids.

We bought materials and she sewed the outfits for us. We didn't hire, but the outfits were sewed for us to keep even after the wedding.

We respect her talent as our outfits are so nice.

The clip circulating on social media about hiring the dress, it was just a message to dismiss people who were persisting on taking photos with the couple.

We respect and appreciate House of Lau for the great work that they did for us.
