On the sidelines of , the delegation, led by HE Suhail Mohamed Al Mazrouei, UAE Minister of Energy and Infrastructure, and joined by our CEO, Mohamed Jameel Al Ramahi, met with HE Shavkat Mirziyoyev, President of the Republic of . The meeting explored accelerating progress on joint projects across the country.
Masdar has a growing portfolio in Uzbekistan, featuring around 2GW of clean energy capacity with investments surpassing US$2 billion, and we are proud to work with our partners in the country to support its ambitious renewable energy goals.
ضمن فعاليات منتدى طشقند الدولي للاستثمار 2026، التقى فخامة شوكت ميرضيائيف، رئيس جمهورية #أوزبكستان بوفد دولة #الإمارات الذي ترأسه معالي سهيل محمد المزروعي، وزير الطاقة والبنية التحتية، وضم محمد جميل الرمحي الرئيس التنفيذي لـ "مصدر". وتناول اللقاء سبل تسريع وتيرة تنفيذ مشاريع المشتركة في مناطق عدة من البلاد.
ولدى "مصدر" محفظة متنامية في أوزبكستان تضم نحو 2 غيغاواط من مشاريع الطاقة النظيفة، وباستثمارات تتجاوز ملياري دولار أمريكي. ونفخر بالتعاون مع شركائنا في أوزبكستان بما يسهم في تحقيق أهدافها الطموحة في مجال الطاقة المتجددة.

Masdar is proud to be a longstanding partner of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan, from the Tafila Wind Farm, the first commercial utility-scale wind power project in the Middle East, to Baynouna, Jordan’s largest single solar energy plant.
This week, our CEO Mohamed Jameel Al Ramahi returned to Amman to meet H.E. Prime Minister Dr. Jafar Hassan, H.E. Dr. Saleh Al Kharabsheh, Minister of Energy and Mineral Resources and H.E. Muhannad Shehadeh, Minister of State for Economic Affairs, alongside our partners across the Kingdom.
He also visited Masdar’s Baynouna Solar Project, a powerful example of how renewable energy can deliver affordable, reliable, and secure clean power while supporting communities, enabling economic growth, and advancing national development.
تفخر "مصدر" بتعاونها طويل الأمد مع شركائها في المملكة الأردنية الهاشمية، بدءاً من تطوير مشروع محطة "الطفيلة" لطاقة الرياح، أول مشروع تجاري لطاقة الرياح على مستوى المرافق في الشرق الأوسط، وصولاً إلى مشروع بينونة، أكبر محطة مستقلة للطاقة الشمسية في الأردن.
وخلال هذا الأسبوع، التقى محمد جميل الرمحي، الرئيس التنفيذي لـ "مصدر" في عمّان، دولة الدكتور جعفر حسان، رئيس مجلس الوزراء في المملكة الأردنية الهاشمية، ومعالي الدكتور صالح الخرابشة، وزير الطاقة والثروة المعدنية، ومعالي المهندس مهند شحادة، وزير الدولة للشؤون الاقتصادية، إلى جانب شركائنا في مختلف أنحاء المملكة.
كما زار الرمحي مشروع محطة "بينونة" للطاقة الشمسية الذي طورته "مصدر"، والذي يعكس أهمية مشاريع الطاقة المتجددة في توفير إمدادات طاقة نظيفة موثوقة وآمنة بتكلفة مناسبة، إلى جانب مساهمتها في دعم المجتمعات المحلية، وتعزيز النمو الاقتصادي، وتحقيق أهداف التنمية الوطنية.
