DECAD is an emerging partnership of Architectural, Landscape, Interior Designers, Master Planners, Computer Generated Imagery (CGI) specialists and MEP Engineers. The team members had extensive experience in the last two decades in the booming Middle Eastern markets, covering a broad range of building types in both the private and public sectors.

The founding of DECAD was a result of the aspiration to create multicultural projects with architectural, economic, environmental and social integrity. The operations shall work at a range of scales and with different sectors, including corporate, cultural, hospitality, retail, education and residential.

We are creative and design-led and we commit our services together with affiliate offices in the Philippines to outsource design and contract construction drawings.
