Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Female Administrative Staff to join our real estate and villa sales team. Filipino female nationality is required, and candidates new to the UAE are welcome to apply! Prior experience in real estate administration is mandatory.
Responsibilities:
>Provide administrative and clerical support to the sales and management team
>Manage property listings, contracts, and sales documentation
>Coordinate with clients, agents, and property owners
>Maintain organized records and databases
>Assist in preparing sales presentations and marketing materials
>Handle email communications, phone calls, and appointment scheduling
>Support office operations and ensure smooth day-to-day activities
Requirements:
>Female candidate is required
>Minimum 2 years of experience in real estate or villa sales administration
>Bachelor's degree in any field (business, administration, or related field preferred)
>Strong organizational and multitasking skills
>Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic speaking is a plus)
>Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
>Professional appearance and positive attitude
>Ability to work independently and as part of a team
>Newcomers to UAE are encouraged to apply
