My standards for the rest of 2026 are incredibly high both for myself and my CLIENTS

For the men and women I work with I’m going to completely push you out of your comfort zone because I believe in EVERYONE of you.

I want to help create another 40-50 life-changing transformations for men and women over 40 who have almost given up on themselves.

People who think they’re too old.
Too busy.
Too far gone.
Too broken down from years of putting everyone else first.

The truth?

You don’t need better genetics.

You don’t need to train like a professional bodybuilder.

You don’t need to spend 2 hours a day in the gym.

But you do need to decide that enough is enough.

You will need sacrifice ( a fair bit )

You’ll need to train consistently up to four times weekly (can just about get away with 3).
You’ll need to do your cardio.
You’ll need to be disciplined with your nutrition when nobody is watching.
You’ll need to keep going when motivation disappears but this why I’m here.

Because great physiques aren’t built by motivation.

They’re built by standards.

Every man in these photos started somewhere. (Sorry next time I’ll put up pics of the ladies).

Most didn’t believe they could achieve what they eventually achieved.

But they trusted the process, stayed consistent, and refused to quit.

Will everyone end up stage lean?

No and neither do most want that BUT we all still want to look good by the pool.

Every man and woman can become a stronger, leaner, healthier and more confident version of themselves than they are today.

And at 40, 50, or even 60+, that can completely change your life.

So if you’re looking for easy, this isn’t for you.

But if you’re ready to see what you’re truly capable of…

The second half of 2026 could be the year you finally stop making excuses and start becoming the person you know you can be.

Your age isn’t the problem. Your standards are. 👊🔥

I thought for a change I’ll start giving out some information on supplements that I studied on my Post Grad in Performance Nutrition.

Here are 7 reasons omega 3 is one of my go-to supplements: (on my basic health list for all clients)

1. It may support better insulin sensitivity, especially in people with poor metabolic health.
2. It helps lower triglycerides (and may increase HDL) which is massive for long-term heart health. (To lower LDL increase soluble fibre)
3. It can reduce inflammation markers, which matters even more as we get older and train hard.
4. It may support muscle protein synthesis, especially in older adults, so for over 40s/50s, that’s a big one. (We develop an anabolic resistance to protein as we age).
5. It can help with recovery and muscle soreness, meaning you can train hard and come back better.
6. May support brain health.
7. May support joint health.

If you train, diet hard, care about health, and you’re over 40 , it’s one supplement I’d seriously consider. Definitely in my TOP 3 go to supplements.

For most of my over-40 clients, I aim for around 1-3 g EPA + DHA per day from a quality fish oil supplement. That tends to be the sweet spot between benefits, cost, and convenience.

You can’t out train a crap diet.

If you are over40/50 and think you have a slow metabolism then think again. Your nutrition just isn’t accurate or precise enough (probably due to your weekends)

The difference a year can make. 🙌

The photo on the left was last year. The photo on the right is this year.

Most people only focus on fat loss, but the real transformation happened in the months between these photos.

This wasn’t achieved by constantly dieting.

It was achieved through many months in a building phase, focusing on training performance, recovery, nutrition, and gradually adding muscle in all the right places.

The result?

More shape, more muscle, better balance, fuller legs, improved shoulders, and a completely different stage presence.

This is why I always tell clients that building phases are just as important as fat loss phases. You don’t create your best physique by dieting all year round.

You build the physique first, then reveal it.
