In this video, I explained the basic steps and how people can access these services through the official court websites in a simple way.

Leaving your job in the UAE without understanding the legal consequences could affect your future work permit and transfer options.

Under UAE labor regulations, workers may transfer to another company after contract termination in cases such as:• Contract expiration• Mutual agreement between both parties

However, a new work permit may be denied for one year if:• The employee leaves during probation without respecting the notice period• A false complaint is proven• Absence from work is reported
