A Journey of healing, growth and service

My path in wellness has been deeply meaningful. Over the years, I’ve had the opportunity to facilitate meditation based workshops—across corporates, hospitals, and special needs centers, each experience deepening my understanding of healing, connection, and resilience.

As my work evolved, it naturally aligned with Great Spire’s holistic vision. Today, some of my offerings live within the Great Spire app, allowing my work to reach beyond borders and support individuals wherever they are.

Creating these courses has been profoundly fulfilling—knowing the practices that once supported my own healing may now offer comfort and clarity to others. No one should have to walk their healing journey feeling alone.
