Moderated by the distinguished Dr. Salman Pervaiz, Director of the Materials and Advanced Manufacturing Research Center (MAMRC) at RIT, this panel included leading academics:

ABDÜLCELÎL BAYAR, Metallic Processes, Material Engineering/Engineering Executive Vice Presidency, Türk Havacılık Uzay Sanayii delivered a industry presentation at ReAM Show titled "Challenges and Barriers to the Adoption of Additive Manufacturing in the Aerospace Industry."

The session addressed practical challenges, regulatory barriers, and industry-specific obstacles in implementing additive manufacturing technologies within aerospace operations, sharing insights on overcoming implementation challenges.

Jorge Montalvo Navarrete, Advanced Manufacturing Workshop Manager, NYU Abu Dhabi delivered a technical presentation at ReAM Show titled "OpenSource Workflow for 3D Printing for Medical Applications." The session focused on accessible, open-source approaches to medical 3D printing, democratizing healthcare manufacturing technologies and enabling broader adoption of additive manufacturing in medical settings worldwide.

Dr. Sastry Kandukuri, Global AM Practice Lead at DNV Norway, delivered a technical presentation at ReAM Show 2025 titled “Integrating AM & Reverse Engineering in Oil & Gas: Building Trust Through Evidence-Based Practice.”

The session highlighted the role of additive manufacturing and reverse engineering in the oil & gas sector, emphasizing reliability, validation and the importance of evidence-based practices to strengthen industry trust and adoption.

Prof. Marwan Khraisheh, Professor, Bin Khalifa University delivered a keynote presentation at ReAM Show titled "Advancing Industrial Utilization of Additive Manufacturing Using AI." The session focused on the integration of artificial intelligence with additive manufacturing processes, exploring how AI-driven optimization can enhance production efficiency, quality control, and design innovation.

Prof. Khraisheh shared cutting-edge research on smart manufacturing systems and the future of AI-powered 3D printing applications.
