Next week is my last one of teaching my group vinyasa Yoga classes before the long summer break!
So a gentle reminder to oneself and you my friends that Yoga is not about deep backbending poses or arm balances and headstands.

Your walks by the beach, your coffee dates and laughs with family and friends, your play time with your kids, your quiet moments of reading a good book, your 1 minute of shutting your eyes and taking few deep breaths while praying for peace and sanity amid the chaos is Yoga.

So keep practicing for yourself. Have a safe and peaceful summer!

I taught the last yoga class of the year this morning and on a break until the new year!

A reminder to take a moment and be grateful for all the small and simple things in life that you take for granted.
Like the ability to take a warm shower, wake up in a bed with a roof your head, the clothes you wear and the food you eat.

And more importantly be grateful for your health, your amazing body that carries you through every day, your family & friends and loved ones.

Thank you so much for each and every one who has practiced with me this year, I truly appreciate you sharing your time and energy and trusting me to be part of your Yoga journey.

Wishing you all a peaceful, healthy and happy 2025!
