Being in an environment of like-minded individuals is such a pleasure! Knowing that what you do means so much and gives energy to others is incredibly fulfilling. Even though on Instagram our job might look like a dream, 90% of what happens behind the scenes is pure stress. But somehow, the remaining 10% makes it all worth it—especially thanks to events like this. So inspiring!
