Judges briefing 8am
Athlete Briefing – 830am
AM WODs start – 915am
Lunch break – 1230
PM WODs start – 115pm
Final (top 4 in each category) – 4pm
Presentation – Aiming for 430pm

Kit needed
Usual comp day kit (oly lifting gear, gymnastics grips) Please note chalk will NOT be provided and only LIQUID chalk is permitted.
