The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Apps, with the ability to provide expert guidance and support to clients in implementing, customizing, and optimizing these platforms to meet their business needs. The consultant will play a critical role in helping clients leverage the full capabilities of Dynamics 365 and Power Apps to drive business process improvements and enhance overall productivity.

Important Backgrount:
*Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, or equivalent discipline
*Strong knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics Business solutions, Dynamics 365, Dynamics CRM
*Strong knowledge of Dynamics CRM customization and configuration
*Experience in JavaScript/CRM Web API/Plugin/Workflow is a must
*Experience in Power Automate/Power Apps is a must
*Experience in D365 Portals is recommended
*Experience in Power BI is recommended

Some of the Responsibilities:
* Collaborate with clients to understand their business processes, requirements, and challenges.
* Design, configure, and implement customized solutions using Dynamics 365 and Power Apps to address client needs.
* Provide technical expertise and guidance to clients throughout the implementation lifecycle.
* Perform system customization, including creating entities, fields, forms, workflows, and business rules.
* Conduct training sessions for client teams to ensure effective adoption and usage of the platforms.
* Analyze client feedback and recommend enhancements and improvements to existing implementations.
* Stay up-to-date with the latest updates and features of Dynamics 365 and Power Apps.
* Collaborate with other team members, such as developers and project managers, to deliver comprehensive solutions
* Assist in pre-sales activities by participating in client presentations and demonstrations.
* Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Dynamics 365 and Power Apps implementations.

Property Watch is looking for a UI/UX Designer to turn our software into easy-to-use products for our clients. UI/UX Designer responsibilities include gathering user requirements, designing graphic elements and building navigation components.

To be successful in this role, you should have experience with design software and wireframe tools. If you also have a portfolio of professional design projects that includes work with web/mobile applications, we’d like to meet you. Ultimately, you’ll create both functional and appealing features that address our clients’ needs and help us grow our customer base.

Responsibilities
+ Gather and evaluate user requirements in collaboration with product managers and engineers.
+ Illustrate design ideas using storyboards, process flows, and sitemaps.
+ Design graphic user interface elements, like menus, tabs, and widgets.
+ Build page navigation buttons and search fields.
+ Develop UI mockups and prototypes that clearly illustrate how sites function and look like.
+ Create original graphic designs (e.g. images, sketches and tables).
+ Prepare and present rough drafts to internal teams and key stakeholders.
+ Identify and troubleshoot UX problems (e.g. responsiveness).
+ Conduct layout adjustments based on user feedback.
+ Adhere to style standards on fonts, colors and images.

Requirements
+ Proven work experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role.
+ Portfolio of design projects.
+ Up-to-date knowledge of design software like Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.
+ Team spirit; strong communication skills to collaborate with various stakeholders.
+ Good time-management skills.
+ BSc in Design, Computer Science or relevant field.
