تُعتبر الرشوة من الجرائم المتعلقة بالوظيفة العامة والتي تناولها قانون العقوبات الاتحادي رقم (3) لسنة 1987 وتعديلاته بالتجريم والتأثيم والعقاب.
The offence of bribery, committed by the public servant or the one tasked with a public service, is among the offences related to the public job and has been addressed by the Federal Penal Code No. (3) of 1987 and its amendments by criminalizing and sanctioning.
