Our company is looking for Shipping Operations Assistant/ admin assistant.
QUALIFICATION:
-Filipina
-Proficiency in Microsoft Office (excel, Word, PowerPoint).
-High degree of multi-tasking and time management capability.
-Flexible
-Knowledge of basic accounting.
-Bachelors degree an advantage
-Must be living in Ajman

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
1.Crew Recruitment in coordination with DPA, Owner, Technical Manager and Crewing Managers. 2.Maintains crew database 3. Complete travel arrangement as to required tickets, accommodation and transportation and coordinates info with crew managers and port agents. 4. Port DA Inquiry and agency appointment. 5.Organizes vessel and crew/inspector/surveyor’s requirements with port agents. 6.Performs admin work such as receiving calls, arranging couriers, office supplies & other required documentations as required. 7. Assist Demolition (Ship Recycling) and Chartering Depts.
