Last week I posted a question. Instagram then felt the need to block my account 😅. We are back now and answering that question!
So, yes... the 2 workouts that had different movements and a change in weight are in fact the SAME workout!
Why?
They are the same movements, the Scaled version has just decreased the weight for the KB Swings and the Pull Ups have been changed to a Ring Row (the perfect movement to help build your strength for pull ups).

The same workout? 🤔...
One is an Rx version and one is a Scaled version.But are they the same?
One major issue is people not understanding exactly what "scaled" means, and how it is effectively put into place.
Comment below if you believe these two workouts are the same or different. Tomorrow I shall give you the answer and go into details.
