This case highlights a successful Class II correction using the Invisalign® System with mandibular advancement featuring occlusal blocks.

A male patient with protruding upper teeth, increased overjet, and a deep bite was treated over a 15-month period using mandibular advancement and aligner treatment to correct the anteroposterior discrepancy while aligning both arches. The case was successfully finished with a Class I occlusion, reduced overjet, and improved functional and aesthetic outcomes, supported by excellent patient compliance.
