Like many around the world, we've caught a case of World Cup fever! ⚽

It has us looking back at one of our own football highlights, supporting the 67th FIFA Congress in Manama, Bahrain, back in 2017.

Hosted at the Bahrain International Exhibition & Convention Centre, the event brought together delegates from across the globe. Our team delivered simultaneous interpretation in 10 languages to an audience of more than 1,000 participants across this vast venue.

Providing multilingual communication on that scale is never a simple task, but it's exactly the kind of challenge we thrive on. Looking back, it's another reminder of the expertise, preparation and attention to detail that has defined DLC Events for more than a decade.

It's always rewarding to reflect on the events that have shaped our journey, and we're just as excited for the next one.

A coffee catch-up today at Studio City with Robbie McAree from Epic Films.

With both of us frequently on the move, finding a gap in our schedules is never easy, but it was great to finally make it to their office and spend some time catching up.

Epic Films has been at the forefront of international film production for many years, with recent projects including Dune, F1 and Now You See Me 3, alongside countless other major productions. Our paths regularly cross when DLC Events provides radio communication solutions to support their crew on location.

While the current regional market continues to present challenges and has slowed demand for some productions across the Middle East, it was encouraging to hear Robbie's optimism about the future. That confidence is shared across much of the film and live events industry, and we're looking forward to supporting many more productions and projects in the years ahead.
