Periods are natural.
Silence around them isn’t.

“Let’s build a period friendly world”

This Menstrual Hygiene Day, let’s talk about what truly matters, not just managing periods, but respecting our bodies.

Menstrual hygiene isn’t only about using a pad or tampon.
It’s about:
✔ Choosing safe products
✔ Changing them regularly
✔ Preventing infections
✔ Understanding your body
✔ And most importantly, removing shame

The theme for Menstrual Hygiene Day 2026 is “Together for a Period-Friendly World”.

This global initiative emphasizes ending period stigma, increasing access to safe menstrual products, and building environments where individuals can manage menstruation with health, dignity, and confidence.

Key Goals of the 2026 Campaign:
End Stigma: Challenging cultural taboos and promoting open conversations about menstruation in schools and workplaces.
Expand Access: Ensuring widespread availability of affordable sanitary products and comprehensive menstrual health education.
Promote Dignity: Supporting adolescent health so that learning and daily life are not disrupted by periods.

If you still feel the need to hide your period…
we haven’t progressed enough.

Your cycle deserves care. Not embarrassment.

Let’s raise awareness. Let’s raise standards. Let’s raise confident women. 💜
