From the very first sketch, Boombox was more than an installation. It was a concept built around rhythm, movement, and energy. We wanted to transform running into a performance. To turn every stride into a beat. To make fitness feel like a live show.

Inspired by the nostalgia of a classic radio, we reimagined it at scale. Designing a walk-in Boombox that became both a stage and a scoreboard. Inside, a fully synchronized treadmill powered dynamic, responsive graphics in real time. Every step activated motion. Every meter changed the visuals. Every second intensified the countdown.

The creative ambition didn’t stop at the screen. We engineered the experience so the external LED wrapped around the Boombox mirrored the live data from inside — broadcasting distance, time, and performance metrics to the crowd. The structure itself became alive, pulsing with energy and competition.

It was immersive. It was competitive. It was theatrical.

Boombox wasn’t just about running — it was about designing an experience where sport, storytelling, technology, and creativity collided in one iconic centerpiece.
