It began with a simple request during a school assembly to write the lyrics for the UAE national anthem. What followed was a moment of creative inspiration that led to H.E. Dr. Aref Al Sheikh giving a voice to a young nation at the time.

As a company born and bred in the UAE, it has been amazing to see all of the UAE flags raised across the country after the call for solidarity from His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai.

It took us back to the short we produced with ADNOC Group featuring the designer of the UAE flag - Abdallah Almaainah.

First raised on December 2, 1971 by the UAE’s Founding Father, the late Sheikh Zayed bin Sultan Al Nahyan, the flag represents the strength, pride and unity of all members of the UAE community - one we feel so proud to be a part of.
