Evening Tai Chi classes in Dubai are now available on Tuesday and Wednesday evenings from 7 to 8 pm.
Choose from a variety of Forms: Tai chi, Yang Style 24 form, 40 form, 42 form, sword form and Kung Fu fan.
And sign up to join me for Tai Chi in Long Tou Shan village in Yangshuo, China, in July 2013.
