Jumeirah Marsa Al Arab has been recognised as ‘Gold Winner – Mixed-Use Architecture (Built)’ at the Global Architecture & Design Awards 2025 by Architecture Press Release.

Anchored between land and sea, the design draws from Dubai’s maritime legacy, sculpted like a superyacht setting sail. Every curve, terrace, and light-filled space was shaped to evoke emotion, to create a sense of movement and connection that transcends form and function.
