Here’s a simple diet I follow since long time💪🏻

Breakfast
Eggs (3–4) + oats or whole wheat toast + black coffee or tea

Snack
Handful of nuts + 1 fruit (banana or apple)

Lunch
Grilled chicken or fish + rice or sweet potato + vegetables

Snack
Protein shake or Greek yogurt

Dinner
Lean protein (chicken/fish) + salad or steamed veggies

Tips
Drink enough water for your body💧🫵🏻
Avoid sugar and fried food ⚠️
Stay consistent and train regularly 💪🏻

Of course I do have cheat days 😅😁
