Key Responsibilities:

•⁠ ⁠Conduct boxing group classes, including warm-ups, technical drills, pad work, bag work, and conditioning.
•⁠ ⁠Provide 1-on-1 boxing training sessions tailored to individual goals.
•⁠ ⁠Teach correct punching technique, footwork, defense, and ring movement.
•⁠ ⁠Monitor client progress and provide feedback.
•⁠ ⁠Maintain a safe and supportive training environment.
•⁠ ⁠Assist with gym upkeep and equipment organization.
•⁠ ⁠Promote classes and help retain and attract new members.

Desirable Skills
•⁠ ⁠Experience training youth or beginners.
•⁠ ⁠Knowledge of strength and conditioning principles.
•⁠ ⁠Ability to create custom training programs.
•⁠ ⁠Group fitness or bootcamp coaching experience.
