Today my lunch was a very traditional Dish that I barely see people cooking it.....from my wife outstanding cooking skills I would like to intoduce the famous Stuffed cabbage, cooked with passion and served with emotions

Healthy and simple meal
Duration: 30 mins
Ingredients
Salmon
Salt
Pepper
Thyme
Olive oil
Pomegranate
Preparation
Marinate the salmon with salt Peper thyme and olive oil then put it in preheated oven on 180C for 15 to mins, meanwhile cook the brown rice and add the pomegranate.
For me I will add rocca salad as a side dish.

My 1st post in 2019 😍 a vegan meal with international flavors 😁
The power of 3 ingredients 3 spices and 3 sauces
Ingredients:
500g tofu
1 cup of soaked freekeh
1/2 cup of chickpea
Spices
1 tsp 7 spices
1 tsp Parpika
1 tsp Salt
Sauce
1 tbsp Teriyaki
1 tbsp Soya
1 tbsp BBQ
Marinate the tofu with spices and stir fry for 10 mins with non sticky fryer ( no need to add oil as tofu is rich of water) then add the sauces and reduce the heat 🔥 keep flipping the tofu to get the golden color (approx another10 mins)
Meanwhile boiled the already soaked freekeh from 20 to 30 mins depends on your freekeh type and add only salt
Boiled the chickpea.......
Mix the 3 ingredients together
