New Health Insurance Law

Health Insurance is Mandatory for Companies and Individuals working in UAE -DUBAI.

The companies Shall provide health insurance to all the employment ( staff) working in the company.

The Individuals ( person ) shall provide health insurance to anyone under his/her sponsorship ( wife - husband - children- maids )

The health insurance will be Tied to the Residency of each person working in UAE -DUBAI , So that there is no Residence will be issued to any person until provide a prove of registration of the Health insurance.

قانون التأمين الصحي الجديد

التأمين الصحي أصبح ملزم لكل من الشركات والأفراد العاملين فى امارات دبي

الشركات ملزمة بتوفير تأمين صحي لجميع العاملين لديها

الأشخاص ملزمين بتوفير ضمان صحي لأي شخص على كفالتهم مثلا ( الزوجة - الاولاد - الزوج - الخادمة )

علما بأن الضمان الصحي سيكون مربوطا بالاقامة، بحيث لن يتم اصدار اقامة لأى شخص فى امارات دبي الا بتقديم ما يضمن اشتراكه فى التامين الصحي.
