Everyone tells you to β€œbe prepared for low season.” Well, let me tell you - nobody is really prepared for this kind of hit. You estimate the losses, you plan for it, and then it comes and hits you twice as hard as you thought.πŸ€¦β€β™‚οΈ

The crazy part? Your occupancy doesn’t even drop. You’re working just as hard, guests keep coming, but somehow you’re still losing money. A LOT of money. And on top of that? Non-stop complaints, ACs breaking down from the insane heat, maintenance issues everywhere, and your best employees deciding to quit right in the middle of the biggest chaos. Dubai’s low season is absolutely brutal 😀

But here’s where it gets good πŸš€
October hit. High season started. And in ONE SINGLE MONTH we made back everything we lost in 4 months - and then some.

October numbers:
Gross revenue: AED 770k ($209.7k)
After all costs: AED 204k ($55.6k) pure profit

Furnishings: 65k AED ($17.7k) - unit was semi-furnished but needed upgrades

Expected revenue: 440k AED ($119.8k)
