URGENT: ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT

Job Description

We are URGENTLY looking for a female Administrative Assistant with excellent communication and high organizational skills with an upbeat attitude. Your responsibilities are to ensure administrative system is being implemented and properly coordinated in the workplace so that all interactions between the organization and others are positive and productive. This role requires a detail-oriented professional capable of managing multiple priorities to ensure efficient company operations.

Responsibilities

Assist in general administrative tasks, including documentation, emails correspondence, daily transactions and data entry.
Maintaining databases and electronic/physical filing systems.
Knowledgeable of software (ERP) and handling portals.
Assist management, coordinate and provide support to Managers, Sales team and employees by assisting in the preparation of documents and various tasks.
Coordinate internal and external resources to expedite workflow.
Efficient, multitask and can work under pressure.


Requirements

College Degree or a Diploma in Business Administration or related field.
Previous experience in administrative role is preferred; 1-2 years at least.
Excellent computer skills and advanced Microsoft Office.
Possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
High level of accuracy in data entry and aptitude for learning new software and systems.
Professionally oriented, trustworthy, and highly responsible
Strong attention to detail and good analytical skills
Strong time-management skills and multitasking ability
Experience developing internal processes and filing systems

URGENT: We are currently seeking a highly motivated FEMALE / MALE Sales Representative to join our Maintenance Department team, who is responsible for communicating the benefits of our company’s products and services in order to drive sales. She will be the point of contact between a business and its prospects or clients and have a range of responsibilities including identifying and educating prospective customers while supporting existing clients with information and assistance that relates to our products and services.

MAINTENANCE SALES REPRESENTATIVE

Responsibilities

• Present, promote and sell products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers.
• Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs.
• Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
• Reach out to customer leads through cold calling.
• Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction.
• Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule.
• Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments.
• Analyze the territory/market’s potential, track sales and status reports.
• Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
• Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends.
• Continuously improve through feedback.

Requirements

• At least having a background to the Power & Cooling Solution and Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS) and have knowledge of the maintenance contract.
• UAE Driving License is a MUST.
• Create and execute a strategic sales plan that meets Sales Target and achieves consistent market share growth.
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office, Excel and Outlook.
• Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales.
• Excellent selling, negotiation and communication skills.
• Prioritizing time management and organizational skills.
• Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience needs.
• Relationship management skills and openness to feedback.
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
