In the next few days our team is hosting a live puppet making experience for every visitor of .ae book fair. Come dive into all the clever steps we use in our craft to create unique characters or common animal puppets. We will take you on a journey of designing complex anatomical shapes with precise flat patterns, using foam, leather and alloy reinforcement. Combining these different materials and finishes to bring the puppet to life with dedicated movement techniques.

Inside our puppets, every detail matters — even the temperature. We design advanced cooling solutions to keep performers safe, comfortable, and able to perform longer.

One of our favourite builds — Oryxes shaped from rock and history, brought to life for last year’s UAE National Day.

☝🏻The trick with the centaur puppet was simple: the back legs had to copy the actor’s walk. When it worked, the whole creature suddenly started looking more believable on a stage.

The Minotaur puppet turned out huge.
