Dear Lord God,

Thank You for Your promises to me.

Thank You for opening Your arms and welcoming me to come to You for forgiveness, to find rest in You, to find freedom in You, to have abundant life in You.

I cry out to You now for those who are heavy on my heart, for those who are going through the fire and for those who are going through the valleys; for those who face difficulties and for those who have come through trials and are triumphant because of You.

I pray for Your grace and Your mercy, Your peace and Your love, Your hand of blessing upon their lives.

I pray for Your miracles in their lives.

I pray that all who are weary will cry out to You and will trust You...

Come to Me, all you who labor
and are heavy laden,
and I will give you rest.
Matthew 11:28

I thank You for all that You have done and all that You will do.

May Your works and miracles in my life be a witness to those around me that You are God and that You love each person.

May You be glorified and may others come to Jesus today through my witness.

Dear Heavenly Father,

You are the source of all Wisdom, the One who knows all things, all that is right, all that is true, all that is best.

I don't want to strive against You by my own self-efforts.

I do want to totally depend on You and follow Your leading today.

I ask You to give me Your wisdom...

If any of you lacks wisdom,
let him ask of God,
who gives to all liberally
and without reproach,
and it will be given to him.
James 1:5

I also pray for my friends and family who need Your wisdom in their lives.

Please lift them up by the power of Your Holy Spirit; draw them unto Yourself; change their lives for their good and for Your glory.

These things I ask with a thankful heart.

Dear Father God,

Your Word gives me so much wisdom and so many of Your powerful promises that I can trust and cling to.

I especially love this promise from Jesus...

Whoever serves me must follow me;
and where I am, my servant also will be.
My Father will honor the one who serves me.
John 12:26

I come to You now in prayer and I lift up my brothers and sisters in Christ who are so faithful to follow You in countries where they are persecuted for being Yours.

You have promised to honor them for serving You.

I pray that You will protect each one and that You will meet their every need.

I pray that my brothers and sisters around the world will experience...

Your peace beyond all understanding;
good health and Your full measure of joy
their basic needs of food, clothing, and shelter;
fellowship with other Christians;
protection from harm and evil;
opportunities to share the Good News of Jesus;
the freedom to read Your Word, The Holy Bible;
strength for those who feel weak;
healing for those who are sick or wounded;
a special touch upon their lives as they often suffer because they are followers of Jesus.
Father God I love my precious brothers and sisters, and my heart aches over the things they have suffered and which they face daily.

Please surround them with Your presence and love.

May the blood of Jesus cover and protect them.

May Your Church grow and prosper in every nation.

In the all-powerful name of Jesus I pray,
