📍 Dubai | Hiring: Personal Assistant to a Family

We are seeking a highly responsible, proactive, and extremely attentive Personal Assistant to support a private family in Dubai with personal, administrative, and family-related tasks.

The ideal candidate is highly detail-oriented, anticipates needs, and manages complex, multi-layered responsibilities with precision and discretion. This role requires strong ownership, flexibility, and the ability to operate independently in a fast-changing environment.

Requirements:
• Fluent Russian & English (spoken and written)
• Minimum 3+ years’ experience as a Personal / Family / Executive Assistant
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• Proven ability to solve complex problems autonomously
• Based in Dubai (driver’s license preferred)
• Extremely reliable, discreet, and responsible
• Strong organizational, analytical, and multitasking skills
• Flexible mindset and availability (including irregular hours when needed)
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• High level of personal integrity and professionalism

💰 Salary range: AED 13,000–15,000 (depending on experience)
