“Using Course and Program Reports for Quality Enhancement and Continuous Improvement”

Course and program reports are often viewed as a compliance requirement. Yet, when developed and used effectively, they become powerful tools for evidence-based decision-making, quality enhancement, curriculum improvement, accreditation readiness, and institutional effectiveness.

This interactive workshop will explore how institutions can move beyond simply documenting information to using course and program reports strategically—interpreting assessment and student performance data, identifying meaningful trends, developing evidence-based improvement plans, and ultimately closing the quality loop.

Designed for academic leaders, quality assurance professionals, program coordinators, and faculty members, the workshop combines practical guidance, real-world examples, and hands-on activities that participants can immediately apply within their own institutions.
