We are seeking a motivated and professional Accounts & Administration Assistant to support our marketing and business development activities. This hybrid role involves remote work and on-site client engagement, focusing on client outreach, relationship building, and meeting coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

* Conduct client outreach and business development activities.
* Build and maintain relationships with prospective clients and partners.
* Coordinate virtual and in-person meetings.
* Follow up with leads and support ongoing business development initiatives.
* Collaborate with internal teams to ensure effective communication and coordination.

Requirements:

* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Accounting, or a related field.
* Excellent communication and organizational skills.
* Prior experience in marketing, sales, business development, or administration is an advantage.
* UAE-based candidates, particularly spouse visa holders, will be preferred.
