Job description
Your Roles and Responsibilities

Deliver the project from start to finish ( Requirement Gathering, Allocating work to the developers and team, liaising with the customers in Dubai, Submitting periodic reports to the senior management )
Prepare Sales Proposals
Manage entire email communications with the clients
Prepare invoice for the work delivered
Allocate the work to the technical team and get it done. Allocate DAILY tasks to all the team members and ensure their performance
Send weekly reports to the senior management
Entirely manage the projects and deliver on time
Types of Projects Cube Reach undertake : SEO, Website Development and Social Media Marketing

MUST : 6+ years experience working in a Digital Marketing agency. If you don't have this, then please DON'T apply.

What should you have ?

Bachelor Degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering or equivalent
Minimum 6 years of experience in Digital Agency is a MUST.
Managing medium or large size projects in a Digital Agency and aware of project life cycle of SEO, Social Media and Website Development.
Strong operational management, project management, and process improvement skills
Experience in Project management tools.
Risk identification and assessment as it relates to software implementation projects.
Appetite to learn and grow
Proven ability to deliver results in a high-performance organization
Excellent verbal and written communication skills as well as presentation skills
Experience in building and maintaining relationships with teams, business stakeholders and senior management across organization
Self-motivated and able to thrive under pressure and function effectively in a fast-paced dynamic environment
Willing to work in flexible timings ( Different Time Zones ) based on the customer needs
The ideal candidate should be DYNAMIC, FAST and PROACTIVE
