Call for Four Experienced Female Interpreters (English-Dari / English-Pashto)

We are looking for two experienced female interpreters to provide online simultaneous interpretation between English–Dari and English–Pashto, and vice versa.
• Duration: 05 May – 23 May 2025
• Time: Daily, 2 hours (online sessions)
• Participants: Afghan women and foreign nationals
• Payment: Competitive hourly rate

Eligibility:
• Afghan-based female interpreters and Afghan female interpreters living abroad are encouraged to apply.

1. Experienced individuals with proficiency in both English and either Dari or Pashto for Simultaneous Interpretation.

2. Professionals with prior experience and expertise in translating English content to Pashto and/or Dari.

Candidates who meet the qualifications will be considered for direct negotiations and compensation. Priority will be given to candidates residing in Afghanistan. به ۱۰ تن مترجم با تجربه پیشین کاری در بخش های ذیل نیازمندیم:
• مترجم ادبیات انگلیسی به دری و یا پشتو – تجربه کار عملی ترجمه Freelance (حداقل ۳ سال) با متن های حقوقی مختص به مسایل حقوق زنان و تساوی جنسیتی
• مترجم ادبیات انگلیسی به پشتو و یا دری – تجربه کار عملی ترجمه Freelance (حداقل ۳ سال) با متن های اقتصادی، تجارتی و اداري
• مترجم ادبیات پشتو و یا دری به انگلیسی – تجربه کار عملی با ترجمه Freelance (حداقل ۵ سال) با متن های اقتصادی، اقتصادی، حقوقی و اداری

مهارت های لازم:
• فارغ التحصیل به سویه لسانس و یا ماستری از پوهنتون های داخلی و بین المللی
• بلدیت کار با پروگرام های کمپیوتر منجمله Microsoft Word, CAT Tools, Excel, Powerpoint
• بلدیت و تجربه عملی با ترمینالوژی مروج و مانوس در ترجمه فنی ادبیات حقوقی، اقتصادی و اداری
• توانایی در تخلیق متن با توجه به اصول مفهوم رسانی دقیق به خواننده ها
• به مترجمین که ساکن افغانستان اند اولویت ویژه داده می شود

امتیازات و حق الزحمه:
• افراد واجد شرایط مطابق تجربه کاری و ارزیابی مهارت های عملی در فن ترجمه – امتیاز قابل توجه مالی را دریافت می نمایند
• استخدام مترجمین به شکل قراردادی بالمقطع Freelance Based صورت می گیرد
