Position Requirements
The minimum required education is a university degree
At least 3 years relevant experience from a verified organization/s
Be familiar with basic computer applications
Able to use Kobo toolbox for data collection
Able to use tablet/smartphone applications
Able to travel within Kabul City and Sarobi District
Be familiar with local context
Excellent communication skills in written and spoken Dari, Pashto, and English.
Required proficiency in MS Office packages and relevant software programs.
Articulate, professional, and able to communicate in a clear, positive manner with project stakeholders and staff.
Experience in coordination, management, implementation, monitoring, and evaluation of projects/programs at rural/urban levels
