If you want to make another person feel special, USE THEIR NAME OFTEN.

Don't call them DEAR. Dear is not appropriate to use at work, and is usually only used for your husband\wife\children.

DEAR often makes other people feel that you think you are more important\better than them.

Instead of making them feel special, it makes them feel disrespected.
